Working Groups
Working Meetings
Working groups will convene at 9am on Saturday 23rd June at West Park Conference Centre. The exact meeting point and room allocations will be decided nearer the time.
The Working Group leaders will additionally meet with Janet Carter on Friday 22nd June at 6pm in the reception area of the West Park Mansion House.
Working Reports
Working Group reports have been scheduled into the program, please check that you know when and where you should be presenting.

In each session, three working groups will report, your group should aim to speak for 15 minutes, allow 6 minutes for questions/discussion, and 2 minutes for the start and end swap over.
Refreshments
Saturday and Sunday
Refreshment breaks will be at 10:30 and 15:00, and will be served in the Mansion House foyer. Lunch will be served between 12:30 and 13:30 in the Mansion House dining room.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Refreshment breaks will take place as scheduled in the program, and will be served in the Sidlaw foyer. Lunch will be served from 12:00 in the Mansion House dining room, and 12:15-13:30 (Monday), 12:35-13:45 (Tuesday and Wednesday) in the Sidlaw foyer. WG participants are encouraged to take lunch at 12:00 so that all delegates can be served quickly.
Rooms
There is a PDF file below for the rooms we are using for the Working Group Meetings and the Working Group Reports, plus a plan of the whole site.
The Working Group Meeting Rooms will be set up boardroom style, and will be equipped with a computer (with wireless internet access), a printer and a flipchart.
The Balbeggie Room will be equipped with a data projector and a laptop loaded with Windows XP & Office 2003, plus also have the provision for USB, CD & DVD. There is also a microphone, a projection screen and wireless internet access on the podium computer, plus a facility for presenters to plug in their own laptop / MAC. Please note, the Balbeggie Room will also have an overhead projector.
Please visit the Balbeggie Room beforehand to make ensure you are familiar with the layout and projection system. At the latest you should visit in the break immediately before your presentation to load up any files and test them.
