Tutorials - information for presenters

Tutorials have been scheduled into the program on Sunday 24th June between 2 and 5pm.

Your Presentation

The tutorials will take place at the Queen Mother Building on the main University of Dundee campus. This is building 61 on the campus map. The position of the campus relative to the Conference Centre can be seen on the Dundee Area map. On foot this takes around 20-30 minutes to walk from West Park, and 10-15 minutes from the city centre. By taxi the journey is around 5 minutes, and costs around £4. There will be a break for refreshments at 3.30pm.

Presentation Advice

You will have a classroom, with presentation PC/projector and a lab (one PC per participant) for your tutorials. You should liase with the tutorial co-ordinator about software and any other technical requirements in BOTH rooms. Our technical team will be available on Saturday 23rd June at 3pm and from noon on Sunday 24th in the Queen Mother Building to test the installation and make any other advance preparations.
