Posters - submitting the final version

If you have been informed that your poster was accepted by the Program Committee, you now have several tasks to complete in a short amount of time to ensure your poster is published in the proceedings. Please carefully follow all the instructions below.

Step #1: Make final changes to your camera ready version

Check the Final Submission Instructions page.

You will also receive an email from the proceedings publisher, Sheridan, with instructions on how to format and submit to the publisher your final camera ready version.

Step #2 Submit final camera ready copies BY APRIL 16

  1. Submit a pdf copy of your final poster to the SIGCSE database using the same electronic submission process you used when the poster was originally submitted, using the website www.cs.grinnell.edu/~sigcse/iticse2007/submission.shtml.
  2. Submit a source file and a pdf file of the final version to the publisher. The instructions for this will be both in the email you will receive from the publisher and will appear here.

Step #3 Fax your signed Copyright Form BY APRIL 16

Download the ACM Copyright Form from the publisher's web site. This form must be filled by all the contributors and sent to the publisher by fax. Refer to the publisher's instructions page for faxing instructions.

How do I present my poster?

When you come to the conference you should bring with you a large visual (rather than textual) poster. We hope that posters will be on display throughout the conference (Mon-Weds). You will be allocated a specific refreshment break when people can meet with you at your poster. Further guidelines on poster preparation and presentation will be sent nearer the time.
