Presentation Advice
Please take note of the length of your session, and plan to have each panelist speak for a short time, allowing adequate time for questions and discussion from the floor. It is recommended that you meet with your panel chair at the earliest opportunity to review the running order and other arrangements.
Presentation Venue
There is a PDF file below for each of the rooms we are using for panels, plus a plan of the whole site. Each session room will be equipped with a data projector and a laptop loaded with Windows XP & Office 2003, plus also have the provision for USB, CD & DVD. There is also a microphone, and a projection screen. There will also be wireless internet access on the podium computer in each session room. There is also a facility for presenters to plug in their own laptop / MAC. Additionally, the Balbeggie Room will also have an overhead projector.
Please visit your session room beforehand to make ensure you are familiar with the layout and projection system. At the latest you should visit in the break immediately before your presentation to load up any files and test them.
