Notes
- The ITiCSE 2007 conference fee is the same Euro price as ITiCSE 2006
- Check the Important Dates page for the early bird registration deadline.
- Member rate applies to ACM, SIGCSE or SIGACCESS members
- In order to claim the student rate, you must bring evidence of your student status to the conference. See also student bursary information.
Conference fee includes:
- four free transfer coaches available to and from Glasgow and Edinburgh airports (thanks to Dundee City Council for their support in providing these buses)
- opening reception at Discovery Point on Sunday evening
- banquet on Monday evening (if you book by 4th June)
- Dundee Civic reception at the University of Dundee on Tuesday evening
- closing reception - choice of Botanic Gardens or bus trip to Arbroath to view the student IT show at Angus College, followed by Angus Civic reception and tour of Arbroath - where the Scottish Declaration of Independence was signed in 1320
- lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, plus morning and afternoon coffee breaks during conference sessions
- a CD of the Conference Proceedings
- entrance to all academic sessions and exhibits

CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests that are received at one of the addresses given on the registration form on or before 4 June, 2007 incur a processing fee of $75. Cancellation requests received after 5 June, 2007 and on or before 15 June, 2007 incur a processing fee of $165. Because the conference must make advance guarantees for certain purchases, no refunds can be made if a cancellation request arrives after 15 June, 2007.
